(RA), Satwari, Jammu. : Hazrath Baba Budan Ali Shah (RA)
also known as Peer Baba(RA) Peer Baba is one of the Muslim holy
places in Jammu. However, it is
revered by Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs alike. This Dargah Shareef
of a Muslim Saint is known as Peer Budhan Ali Shah Saheb (RA).
Peer Baba is said to have lived his entire life on milk alone
and lived to the age of five hundred. On Thursdays, Hindu and
Sikh devotees vastly outnumber their Muslim brethren at this
shrine; such is the faith of the people in Peer Baba. Most VIPs
make it a point to visit this Dargah Shareef when they come
to Jammu.

Hazrath Peer Meetha (RA), Jammu. Hazrath Peer Meetha
is a mosque situated in the center of Jammu. Also the Mazar
e shareef of Sufi Saint Pir Meetha (RA) is situated here. The
name Peer Meetha came to be known by this name because he readily
accepted even a pinch of sugar in the offerings.

Tomb of saint Baba Payam-ud-din (5 Km from Gulmarg) This Muslim
shrine is on the slopes below Gulmarg and can be reached from
either Gulmarg or Tangmarg. The Ziarat, or tomb, is of a well-known
Muslim saint who died here in 1480. Before renouncing worldly
ways he was a courtier of the Kashmir King Zain-ul-Abidin. Every
year thousands of devotees visit this shrine regardless of the
faith they believe in.
