Donations in Cash or Kind through our website but due
to constant demand from our Sunni brothers and Visitors
to contribute to the poor, On 30th August 2007 We formed
a Charitable Organisation called Sakhi Saeeda Waqf (
Charitable Organistaion) to Help Our Muslim Sunni
Brothers, The Deed of the Waqf is attached below, Now
we are accepting any type of Donations for the Trust.
Anybody wanting to contribute to this Organisation please
send us Cheque or DD in favour of "Sakhi Saeeda"

The
Working of this Trust is completely Transparent
and is Periodically Audited by our Chartered Accountant
Mr. Paresh Shah.
We
also offer services of Offering Chadars and Flowers
to Most of the Dargahs on the site and also feeding
the poor people (In Mumbai and In Ajmer), just
send us the Name of the Dargah and the Offerings
you want to make with the Cheque or DD in favour
of "Sakhi Saeeda" and Inshllah we will
do our best to complete your work. We do not charge
a single penny for this services, it means that
if u send 100 $ to feed the poor we will feed
the poor exactly of that 100$. We also accept
Cash through Western Union as we are authorised
Western Union Agents also.

Sakhi Saeeda Waqf
[Helping Fi Sabilllilah (In the Name of Allah) Sunni
Muslims]
To
all to whom these presents shall come we Rahatullah
Habibullah Shaikh Son of Habibullah Shaikh, Kamsin R
Shaikh, wife of Rahatullah Shaikh and Imran Rahatullah
Shaikh son of Rahatullah Shaikh, Mohammedan by faith
and religion governed by Sunni Hanafi School of Muslim
law SEND GREETINGS WHEREAS we are of our free will and
own accord desirous of permanently dedicating a part
of our moveable properties in form of cash mentioned
and described in the schedule hereunder written for
the purposes recognized by the Muslim Law as religious,
pious and/or charitable NOW KNOW YE and we hereby declare
as follows:
1.
We dedicate all the properties mentioned and described
in the schedule hereunder written with all the appurtenances
and the rents, issues and profits thereof absolutely
and permanently by way of Waqf for the purposes hereunder
with intent to extinguish all our rights and claim therein
and to vest the same in God and complete the same by
delivery of possession to the Mutawalli in the manner
hereinafter mentioned:
2. The ultimate benefit under this Waqf is reserved
for purposes and objects recognized by the Hanafi Sunni
Law or Sunni school of Mohammedan law as religious,
pious and /or charitable and indicated in thye paragraph
next succeeding.
3.
The purposes and objects referred to in the above paragraph
are inter alia as follows:
>>
To sponsor total expenditure of Handicapped people and
their direct dependents. Expenditure to include Medical
Expenses, Educational Expenses, Traveling Expenses and
Living Expenses.
>>
To
Sponsor Education and Daily Expenditure of meritorious
muslim students.
>>
Distribution
of Cash or Kind Annually on Eid-ul-Fitr and Bakra Eids.
>>
Distribution
of Fruits and other eatables throughout Ramzan to Masjids
and Madarsas for Iftyaar and Sehri.
>>
Distribution
of Books and other Stationery Items to Needy school
children.
>>
Sponsoring
Marriages of Poor Muslim Girls, Including Dowry &
Food.
>>
Sponsoring
Complete Medical Expenses of poor needy Muslims.
>>
Giving
Donations to Orphanages and Madarssas.
>>
Distribution
of help to poor on every Friday. Such that each week
the amount should not be less than Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One
Thousand )
>>
Feeding
at least 10 poor people of any caste or religion daily
one time.
>>
Construction,
Repairs and Maintenance of Masjids, Dargah and Madarasas
all over India.
Donating copies of Koran, Hadees and other Islamic Literature
in Masjids, Madaras and Remote Villages.
>>
Taking
care of the final rites of needy muslims spending for
their Kafan, Dafan and other expenditure after the death
of Poor Muslims.
>>
Giving
Monthly Expenditure to helpless widows and poor women
and sponsoring their children education.
>>
To
aid schools, colleges and other educational institutions
>>
The
observance of tenth day of Mohurrum by Preparation and
Distribution of Food such as Khichda, Pulao and other
Drinks on that day and whole month of Moharram as well.
>>
Celebration
of ceremonies known as 12 Rabiul Awwal by organizing
Koran Khani and Naat Programs and Distributing Niaz
to the whole Muslim gatherings.
>>
Monthly
Filling of Rice, Wheat and Daal (Rashan) in the homes
of needy people.
>>
Maintenance
and support of myself, my family and family of my near
and dear ones in case of unforeseen circumstances.
>>
The
performance of annual fateha of my self after my death
and of my family members and members of my Near and
Dear Ones in Direct Bloor Relation.
>>
Other
religious, Pious as may be thought fit by Mutawalli
according to court decisions.
>>
And
any other religious work deemed to be required by the
Muttawali as per the time requirement.
4.
For the appointment of mutawalli, following are the
rules;
a.
We shall be the mutawalli for our lifetime.
b.
After death of Imran R Shaikh, Mrs. Imran shaikh shall
be appointed in that place. After death of Rahat Shaikh,
the other two mutawalli shall continue. After death
of kamsin R shaikh & Rahat shaikh, their two daughters
namely, M/s Amrin Rahatullah Shaikh and M/s Iram Rahatullah
Shaikh shall be joint mutawalli and each of them shall
be at liberty to appoint one of their Lineal descendant
as successor. All the mutawalli shall have the power
of appointing their successors. However, at all time
of appointments, prior approval and sanction of Imran
R Shaikh shall be compulsory. In the event of his death,
his position shall be occupied by his wife/lineal descendant
and their authority shall prevail just as that of Imran
Shaikh.
5.
The mutawallis shall put together be entitled to receive
1/4th share of income of Waqf estate.
6. Mutawalli shall extend any benefits to any other
needy descendants of his family or family of near or
dear ones with prior appraoval of Imran R Shaikh
7.
Mutawalli shall be liberty to sell, mortgage any property
of the Waqf. and the proceeds shall form part of waqf
estate, with prior approval of Imran R Shaikh.
8.
The dedication herein shall bind our heirs, executors
and representatives.
9.
The Waqf will initially have three Mutawallis. 1. Rahatullah
Shaikh, Son of Habibullah Shaikh 2. Kamsin R. Shaikh
wife of Rahatullah Shaikh and 3. Imran R. Shaikh son
of Rahatullah Shaikh all of them will be Authorised
Signatories for the Waqf , Jointly or Individually.
10.
Each of us have dedicated cash to this Waqf as per details
hereunder:
